Your annual renewal membership fees in total goes to National TU and
Colorado TU. These dollars are used to fund the national and state organizations and bring
much value to us locally through services and programs however, we don’t get any funds directly to help finance our local efforts. Did you know the CMCTU spent almost $20,000 dollars last year on local restoration projects in 2009 and nearly $30,000 in 2008. All of that money was raised locally through various fund raising efforts. Sustaining members help lead the way for future fundraising efforts and provide matching funds for many grants and other monies the chapter obtains. |
